Journey of learning to learn

Keeping up with the pace of life can often feel like a whirlwind. Days turn into weeks, and weeks into months, bringing constant change, new experiences, and unexpected challenges.

I've truly come to understand the incredible power of a growth mindset, It's about learning to welcome every twist and turn, viewing mistakes not as setbacks but as valuable chances to learn and evolve. It means believing, "I will learn from this. I can figure it out." I know there are times I've leaned towards that "I'll never be good at this. I give up." mentality, and that's perfectly okay. I'm learning to accept those moments, trusting that with time, my understanding and abilities will deepen. My Therapist often remind me, " We can't be experts at everything! Instead, focus on enjoying the process and have fun with it! "

So, starting today, I'm committing to journaling my daily life journey. I want to capture my movements, celebrate my achievements, reflect on my work in progress, document my learnings, and explore my thoughts and reflections. My hope is that by marking these entries by the days since I started this journey, it won't just keep me going, but also encourage and inspire others not to give up on their own unique paths."Let's do this!".

thoughts

I'm a bit nervous about my new classmates because I'm afraid of repeating past negative patterns. My goal is to ensure this chapter is different.

004

moment

My first day at the new college, after a tough experience at my last one, I kicked off with an unforgettable introduction! The moment the teacher asked me to speak, my knee cracked as I stood and I literally slipped off the desk and stumbled. It was mortifying at the time, but I quickly recovered and delivered my introduction. Definitely not how I planned to make an entrance, but it certainly broke the ice!

Changes that seem small and unimportant at first will compound into remarkable results if you're willing to stick with them for years.
